Shankar had promised his dying mother that he would marry her friend's daughter, Pinky, and thus fulfill her dream. He goes to Rampur to look for her and gets a job. The owner of the building where Shankar lives hates him and tries different tricks to trap him and make him leave. Eventually, he succeeds and Shankar is trapped. Shankar wants to vacate the locality and build a 5-star hotel, but he must also fulfill his mother's dream
