Baran (2001)

Set on a construction site in Northern Tehran where Clandestine Afghans often seek work. Lateef is a young Iranian working as a tea boy on the site. He resents the Afghani workers, particularly when his easy task is given to Baran, a weak newcomer, whilst he is forced to carry heavy cement bags. As he plays malicious tricks on Baran, Lateef discovers that the secret that Baran is really a girl. Falling in love with her, her now does what he can to ease her hardships
