Un coup de dés jamais n'abolira le hasard : sculpture

Artist's book based on a reinterpretation by Marcel Broodthaers of an original poem by Stéphane Mallarmé. In Broodthaers's version, 'image', all Mallarmé's words are replaced by typographic rules of the same height and length. Michalis Pichler has removed even the image, by laser-cutting (with the edges of the holes yellowed as if singed) and called it 'sculpture'
