He came to the United States from Japan in 1978 and decided to settle in the Boulder area to make his spiritual practice the peaceful protest of the Rocky Flats plant and the awakening of the consciousness of local population with regard to peace and nuclear weapons. In this interview he talks about the history of his religious order, his practice with regard to Rocky Flats, and his plans for the future
