The movie follows the life of Sayed who lives in a poor neighborhood with his mother, a taxi driver, and his cousin, a tour-guide. He's troubled with financial problems caused by his uncle and a failed relationship. As he gets closer to his female neighbor, students call him Romantic Sayed
