Invention of Dikloro Difenil Trikoloetan (DDT) by Zeidler in 1874 was first began of syntetic insectiside discovery. DDT was classified in chlorinated hydrocarbons. Persistance of DDTin organism and environment have been forbidden to use in many countries in the world. The resistance of DDT to mosquitoes and flies was reported in 1948. It was caused of change of metabolism, target site insensitivity, phisiology and behaviour mechanism.
