A descriptive analysis of the perceived importance of leadership competencies to practicing electrical engineers in Central Pennsylvania
This pilot study of practicing engineers had two major purposes. The first was to discover and measure the differences in the perceptions of practicing engineers at four different position levels, with regard to the importance of various leadership competencies and tasks. The second was to identify leadership development opportunities in an effort to better prepare engineers for performance both at their present position level and for one level above their present position
