Ireland
The Commission has endeavoured to structure its report in a logical manner, starting with the security and threat context, and the national policy framed in response to that context, then going on to offer a vision and detailed recommendations on the future Defence Forces that is needed to cope with these threats and fulfill the roles envisaged by Government policy.
