A book written in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi that presents a synopsis of the events that transpired from the overthrow of the Hawaiian kingdom in 1893 through the disturbance of the first days of 1895. This book then presents in detail a timeline of the events beginning from the 1895 battle through the end of the trials under the military tribunal. Although most of the perspectives within this book are drawn from the republican government due to the amount of information available to the editor, the perspectives of patriots are included when possible
