Summary:Mr. Tân, a married man with 2 grown-up children, lives in the capital city of Hanoi. On a business trip to Saigon, he meets and falls in love with a woman. Upon returning to Hanoi, he demands a divorce from his wife and to have their money divided up. After that, Mr. Tân moves to Saigon and uses his share of the money to open a business for his lover. Thinking that he would find happiness in this new life, Mr. Tân is heartbroken to find out that his new love has an affair of her own. Feeling betrayed and depressed, Mr. Tân leaves home, becomes disoriented and wanders in the streets. When news of his situation reaches his former wife and children, they take him home to reunite with the family
