The new Partridge dictionary of slang and unconventional English
This is a revision of the eighth edition of Eric Partridge's The Dictionary of Slang and Unconventional English, which is cited in Books for College Libraries, 3rd ed., Guide to Reference Books, 4th ed., Public Library Catalog, and Walford. This two- volume set differs from its predecessors in a number of notable respects.
