This 45 minute documentary looks at the lives and works of several underground artists from several mediums. Filmmaker Mark Hejnar intercuts shots of individuals who are well established in the underground culture like G.G. Allin, Mike Diana, Full Force Frank, GLOD, Annie Sprinkle, Turbo Tom, X Meets Y, plus the Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black, Tit Torture technical journal, bit stick, cumdumpster, and many others. This collection of short clips and vile moments is certainly NOT for the squeamish, as these are the artists and performers who have taken the term "free expression" to it's limits--and beyond. Much of the work performed and displayed on this documentary is considered shocking and graphic with a taste for the perverted, sadomasochistic and obscene, and includes footage depicting Annie Sprinkle's Post Porn Modernist Performance, punk rocker with a death wish G.G. Allin, The Voluptuos Horror of Karen Black, freak Turbo Tom, self-confessed spree killer in-waiting Full Force Frank, Tit Torture, banned comic book artist Mike Diana, performance artists X meets Y and sadomasochistic genital pierced band God Loves Overdose, amongst others.
