Joseph Udall (1861-1949) was born in Nephi, Utah to David Udall (1829- 1910) and Eliza King (1826-1863). In 1884 Joseph was called to settle in St. Johns, Arizona where he became an important rancher, businessman and church leader. Joseph married Emma Joyce Goldsbrough (1862-1929) and they became the parents of ten children. Descendants live in Arizona and other parts of the United States
