Singing home the whale
Will Jackson is a city boy reluctantly staying with his uncle in small town in the Marlborough Sounds while he struggles to recover from a brutal attack and the aftermath of a humiliating YouTube clip gone viral. After he discovers a young abandoned orca, his life is further thrown into chaos. As Will's story unfolds, it is interspersed with the orca's reflection of his life and his connection to Will. He passes on to others, the lessons he has learnt about human behaviour and how to live a good life
