Foreign news and the new world information order
A collection of 14 essays analyzing the debate over systems of information and communication in the world. These tend to confirm the impression that the availability of news from outside national borders has grown, but its distribution is unbalanced and its utilization is limited and uneven. The first part was issued by USIA as a research report "Foreign News and the New World Information Order."
