File of the Land Tribunal for the Provinces of Sonora and Sinaloa confirming, with a reservation to protect Indian fishing rights, the title claimed by Eusebio Cárdenas, Culiacán tax collector, to ranch lands in the jurisdiction of Cosalá, Sinaloa, known collectively as "El Tecomate," and purchased by him from the heirs of José Ramón Quevedo. The document, bound in leather, bore the signature of Alexadro Garcia, Governor of the Provinces of Sonora and Sinaloa, witnessed by Manuel Ximenes de Bailo and Miguel de Rivera
