A numerical test for transmission zeros with application in characterizing decentralized fixed modes
In this paper we describe a computationally robust method for checking if a given complex number ¿ is a transmission zero of a single-input, multi-output (or a multi-input, single-output) system. Such a test is useful in determining if a transfer function matrix G(s) vanishes at s = ¿. The latter finds applications in determining fixed modes of decentralized systems
