A semi-humorous sketch of two itinerants, Cheech and Chong, who have a mutual passion for good marijuana. They take an odyssey that leads them to Tijuana, from where they drive back to Los Angeles in a van inadvertently constructed of marijuana, all the while pursued by a dense narcotics officer
