P-type Nitrogen Doped ZnO Films Grown By Thermal Evaporation
We report the formation of p-type nitrogen doped ZnO (ZnO:N) grown by thermal-evaporation deposition. The effects of nitrogen precursors on the electrical and optical properties of ZnO:N were investigated.
