After a freak accident at President Ren's wedding, Ina finds herself getting X-rays and medical examinations in a hospital. The doctor tells her that she only has 6 to 8 months to live due to the fractures found in her skull and some complications found in her medical results. Upon knowing this, Ina has a hard time telling her children that she only has a few months to live. She is also having visions of her departed husbands. She thought Juan, her first son, was in New Zealand but he's actually living on the streets; Pip has a daughter named Monay; and Tudis keeps fighting with her husband, Troy, because her daughter is with another man. When Ina's children know about her sickness, they are heartbroken and decide to change-- especially Juan and Tri. When yet another accident occurs, Ina is rushed to the hospital, where Rowena is due to give birth. Six and Tenten come, but Por is not there. Ina thinks that the light she saw was God, who was about to take her, but it was actually a light from a shooting. Then, the last doctor claims that Ina is not sick. Will Ina and her family enjoy a happy life together?
