Deaf/punk
A dada-documentary of an unlikely liaison between punk rockers and the deaf who for awhile shared the now legendary San Francisco Deaf Club. We see punk poseurs juxtaposed with the animated presence of deaf-mutes. Hands talk and wave around as we hear the dirty R & B of The Offs. The film works because of the concept of the environment.
