Fakhāmat al-Malik
A documentary work on Camille Chamoun the ex-president of Lebanon. Disc 1: The biography of Camille Chamoun from his birth in Deir el Kamar in 1900 until his presidency in 1952. Disc 2: Follows the years 1957 and 1958 as Chamoun faces opposition after the elections of 1957, the revolution of 1958 and the Syrian-Egyptian unity in opposition to Lebanese unity. Disc 3: Documents the conflicts of alliances and ideologies, the 1968 elections and the Lebanese war in 1975. It covers the beginning of the conflict between the Palestinians and the Lebanese, the Liberal Tigers, "Noumour Al-Ahrar", and the position of Camille Chamoun as leader of the right wing. Disc 4: Covers the last years of Chamoun's life including the Lebanese war, his position with the Syrians, the 100 Day War, and the Israeli intervention and invasion. The program ends with Chamoun's death in Deir El Kamar in 1987
