Guru is a young ambitious man who will do anything to keep his boss Krishna happy. Guru aspires to start his own advertising agency as promised by his boss and everything goes awry till he meets and falls in love with a beautiful girl. His boss also lays his eyes on the same girl, a model named Seema and desires to add her to his list of mistresses. Seema, a middle-class hostelite, has dreams of making it to the top of the glamorous world of fashion. While Guru begins to love Seema, she naively gets taken in by Krishna's smooth talk and is drawn towards him.
