Winner of the first prize in the City of Busselton Art Award 2016, this artists' book is a joint work by Molly Coy (illustrations and binding) and Claire Bolton (letterpress and free printing). "Handscapes" is designed in 5 sections, each reflecting different aspects of the landscapes in the southwest of Western Australia. These hand-crafted landscape pages are printed on a variety of papers, using different illustrative techniques: collagraph, etchings, linocuts, leaf prints, metal and wood type (both printed and blind embossed) with hand-painted pages, all combining to give a rich mixture of visual experience and textures
