Ku and his cousin, Shahrol are cousins and good friends who grew up together in their village. Ku moves to Kuala Lumpur, but despite living in the city, he keeps his family close to his heart. He earns a living working in a factory, but gets involved in illegal motor racing. Shahrol moves to the city after some encouragement. However, their relationship is strained when Khatijah, a medical student and Nina, a police detective, come into the picture
