In this tragi-comic drama set in Turkey, the daughter of Police Sergeant Cemil collapses during a school production of Snow White and the seven dwarves. To raise money for her treatment, the sergeant decides to restage the play at his police station. The directorial duties are assumed by a drug dealer, Prince Charming is played by a detox bum, homeless kids play the dwarves, and a hooker plays the Queen. Soon problems occur in the hostile environment, eventually resulting in a military invasion. The U.N. arrives and mistakes the rehearsal for a rehabilitation program
