Soul mates
Rancher Happy Jones is tired of being alone. His physical appearance prevents him from winning someone's affection. The foreman's daughter rejects him. He receives a telegram informing him that he has inherited fifty thousand dollars. He goes to Los Angeles to find a wife. Maggie, who is cross-eyed, is a maid in the hotel where Happy stays. The hotel throws a masquerade party for the guests. Their mutual clumsiness on the dance floor brings them together. Happy proposes, Maggie accepts and they return to the ranch. When they show their baby to everyone, they all run away
