Tender places
Ten-year-old Eric is pulled in opposite directions by his parents as they compete for his affection after their divorce. A chance encounter helps him understand his feelings. The young author of the original play intended to dramatize the "sore spots" he had after his own parents divorced, and he wanted to let other children of divorce know that they are not alone.
