The Fountainhead
Follows the story of a talented young architect (Gary Cooper) forced to compromise his art for the woman he loves (Patricia Neal). As the architect is drawn deeper into the world of sycophants and cheats who surround his lover, he becomes more emotionally isolated and finally blows up his own housing project. A searing indictment of the compelling question: what is more important, the individual or society at large?
